Landlord/Tenant Law. We provide legal advice to landlords and tenants in legal disputes. We also provide lease-drafting services to landlords and tenants in both the residential and commercial context.
Probate and Estate Law. We provide representation in all facets of court proceedings involving guardianships, conservatorships and other protective proceedings. We also represent clients in court proceedings involving estates and trusts.
