Terry Llanos, Closing Processor/Closing Coordinator tllanos@hablaw.com Terry has been with us since October, 2000 and she brought with her many years of real estate experience. Terry has been in the business since 1983, most of that time as a mortgage broker. Now, she is running our Auburn office on a daily basis. Terry is the one to speak to first about any and all upcoming closings. She spends most of her day talking with clients, real estate brokers, lenders and attorneys. Some of her other responsibilities in ensuring the timely completion of the closings are coordinating title examinations with our title abstractors, preparing title insurance commitments, obtaining mortgage payoffs, lien payoffs, homeowner’s insurance information, real estate tax and sewer information; managing the work-flow of our closing processors, and keeping our lenders happy! back to about us |
