Kristin has been in the title business for over six years and with the firm for most of that time.   She is responsible for all aspects of the post-closing process. This involves, among other things, coordinating the recording of documents after closing, preparing copies of closing packages for disbursement, mailing out payoffs and scanning all our real estate files into our computer system. Kristin also keeps busy preparing the title insurance commitments and title insurance policies for our residential real estate transactions.
