Anita S. Weiner, Legal Assistant/Funding Coordinator

As legal assistant for Richard J. Abbondanza, Anita is responsible for preparing and coordinating estate planning documents including living trusts, pour-over wills, durable financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and other related documents, as well as irrevocable life insurance trusts.  She serves as funding coordinator for both Jim and Rick’s clients to ensure that their assets are titled properly and that they accomplish their estate planning goals.  She also handles estate administration and probate matters. 

Anita has been working with Rick since 1991.

Anita attended Simmons College for two years and received her paralegal certificate with honors from the University of Maine in Portland.
